The SUWC is committed to creating a friendly, inclusive and accessible environment for all our members. This form is a space for you to share your suggestions and experiences (good or bad) to help us improve the club's inclusivity and accessibility. Whether it's feedback on our walks, socials, communication, or general club practices, we want to hear from you!

You can also use this form to report any more urgent problems you have had on walks or at socials with another members, leaders/first aiders or the committee. The responses to this form are only visible to the Inclusions and Welfare Officer (Rachael) and are completely confidential.
